Do I need to be home while you clean?

While you are certainly welcome to stay home, it is not necessary.
Are you a pet friendly company?

Absolutely. We understand that our pets are part of the family. Please let us know in advance that you have pets, and we will take the proper precautions to keep them safe.
Do I need a deep clean if we haven't had a clean in months?

While it's not necessary, we do recommend it. Houses that go a few months and longer without being cleaned typically need a deeper clean to make sure all of the hard to reach spots are taken care of.
Is Dayton Cleaning Company insured?

Yes, our company and all of our employees are insured and all of our employees are backround checked.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

We have everything needed for the scheduled clean. You do not need to provide any cleaning supplies unless you would like to. A common request from our clients would be to use their own vacuum for example.
How long will my cleaning take?

Every clean is different. We will always give you our best estimate for how long we think it should take. We will ask all of the necessary questions to help give an accurate time frame.
What is included in my clean?

The type of cleaning we provide depends on your choice. We offer a wide variety of cleaning services, and you can even customize a plan that suits your needs. Once we know what you're looking for, we’ll include a detailed description in your personalized quote for complete clarity.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my clean?

To give your home the best possible clean, we kindly ask that you clear away any clutter from the areas we’ll be working on. For instance, tidying up tables and countertops will help us clean those spaces thoroughly for you.
Can I customize my cleaning plan?

We give you the freedom to tailor your cleaning service. Whether you’d like to add extra items to the checklist or prioritize certain areas, we’re here to accommodate your preferences.
Do you give our quote over the phone? Or do you have to come to our home to finish the quote?

For residential properties, we can usually provide a highly accurate quote over the phone. However, there are occasions where an in-home visit may be necessary to create a tailored plan. Every home is unique, and we strive to ensure each one receives the perfect care it deserves.
